- HOT TEA

  1 teaspoons of Tea per 10 oz (296 ml) of Hot Water 175-185 F  steep for 2-3 min 

- COLD TEA

  2 teaspoons of Tea per 10 oz (296 ml) of Hot Water 175-185 F  steep for 3-5 min and then pour it over ice
