How to brew Loose Leaf Tea:

- HOT TEA

  1 teaspoons of Tea per 10 oz (296 ml) of Hot Water 160-175 F  steep for 2-5 min 

- COLD TEA

  2 teaspoons of Tea per 10 oz (296 ml) of Cold Water steep for 2-3 hours or let it stand for the night in the fridge
